Booking & collection

What do I need to bring to rent a car?

Three things: Emirates ID, UAE driving licence, Passport and visa copy. Drivers must be at least 21, and insurance rules put some vehicles at 25 or over.

Do you deliver the car, or do I collect it?

Collection and return are at our Ajman office. Paid local delivery can sometimes be arranged, subject to advance confirmation.

How do I extend my rental?

Renewals are signed in person at the office on a new contract. They cannot be done by phone or WhatsApp. Come to the office during opening hours — Saturday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

Do you do long-term rentals?

Yes. Anything from three months upwards is quoted individually rather than off the standard price list — message us with the car and the period you need and we will price it for you.

Costs & returns

How much is the security deposit?

AED 1,100, and it is refundable. It is refunded 15 working days after return, once the car has been inspected and any fines or outstanding charges are cleared.

Are the prices on this page the full price?

Yes. Every rate shown includes VAT, and there is no booking fee. What sits outside the rate is what you actually use: Salik and Darb tolls, paid parking, fuel, and any traffic fines during your rental.

How can I pay?

We take cash, visa and mastercard cards, tabby, tamara. Ask the office which payment option is available for your rental. All charges are settled before you take the car.

Can I return the car early on a weekly or monthly rate?

You can, but the discount applies to the full period. Returning early cancels the discounted rate. The standard daily rate applies for the days actually used. For example, a AED 2,000 monthly rental returned after 14 days is charged at the daily rate: 14 × AED 100 = AED 1,400.

What if I bring the car back late?

A rental day is 24 hours and there is a 3-hour grace period. Past that, a full day is charged. Returns outside working hours, including during the afternoon break, carry a AED 50 fee. Cars cannot be returned on Fridays. Cars rented on Thursday are returned Saturday, and two days' rent applies.

Using the car

5
How many kilometres are included?

200 km a day, 1,260 km a week, or 4,500 km a month, depending on your rate. Beyond that it is AED 1 per extra kilometre.

What happens if I have an accident?

Stay at the scene and call the police. Get the police report and share it with us. Do not move or repair the car without our approval. If the accident was your fault, the charge is AED 1,000 + VAT. With a valid police report, there is no insurance excess, repair cost, or accident fee. Towing is assessed case by case. We swap the car when another is available. If none is available you can end the rental, or pause it with no further rental charge until one frees up.

How does fuel work?

Return the car with the same fuel level you collected it with. If it is lower, you pay the market price for the difference plus a AED 20 service fee. Filling the wrong fuel means the full repair and towing cost.

Are there cleaning charges?

Bring the car back in reasonable condition and there is nothing to pay. A light wash is AED 30. Deep cleaning for sand, stains or odour is AED 250. Smoking is not allowed in our cars — if we find smoke or burns, the charge is AED 500.

Which emirates can I drive in?

Our office is in Ajman Industrial 1, Ajman, and customers regularly drive across Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai. Salik and Darb tolls are charged to you as used.
