This page is a customer-friendly summary. The rental contract signed at our office is the authoritative document. Ask about anything you are unsure of before signing.
Chapter 01
Renting the car
Who can rent
You need to bring Emirates ID, UAE driving licence, Passport and visa copy. Drivers must be at least 21. Insurance rules put some vehicles at 25 or over — we will tell you which when you ask about a car.
Only the driver named on the contract may drive the car. Letting anyone else drive voids the insurance entirely.
Prices
Every rate on this website includes VAT, and there is no booking fee. What sits outside the rate is what you use: fuel, Salik and Darb tolls, paid parking, extra kilometres, and any traffic fines during your rental.
All charges are settled before you take the car.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of AED 1,100 is taken before you drive away. Refunded once the car is inspected and any fines or charges are cleared. It is refunded 15 working days after return.
It covers possible damage, cleaning, missing fuel, smoking, late return, or other unpaid charges.
Mileage
200 km a day, 1,260 km a week, or 4,500 km a month, depending on your rate. Extra kilometres are AED 1 each.
Chapter 02
Keeping and returning it
Rental period and late returns
One rental day is 24 hours. There is a 3-hour grace period on returns; past that, a full day is charged.
Please return during working hours — Saturday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Returns during the afternoon break or outside opening hours carry a AED 50 fee.
Cars cannot be returned on Fridays. Cars rented on Thursday are returned Saturday, and two days' rent applies.
Returning early on a weekly or monthly rate
Returning early cancels the discounted rate. The standard daily rate applies for the days actually used.
Worked example
14 days × AED 100 = AED 1,400
A AED 2,000 monthly rental returned after 14 days is recalculated at the daily rate, not pro-rated from the monthly price.
Fuel
Return the car with the same fuel level it left with. If it is lower, you pay the market price for the difference plus a AED 20 service fee. The same service fee applies if we refuel it for you.
Filling the wrong fuel means the full repair and towing cost.
Tolls, parking and fines
Salik, Darb and paid parking used during the rental. Traffic fines incurred during the rental. These are charged to you as they are incurred.
Cleaning and smoking
Return the car in reasonable condition and there is nothing to pay. A light wash is AED 30. Deep cleaning for sand, stains or odour is AED 250.
Smoking is not allowed in our cars. If we find smoke or burns, the charge is AED 500.
Chapter 03
Accidents and cover
Accidents
Whatever happened, do these three things:
- Stay at the scene and call the police.
- Get the police report and share it with us.
- Do not move or repair the car without our approval.
At fault
The accident charge is AED 1,000 + VAT.
Not at fault
With a valid police report, there is no insurance excess, repair cost, or accident fee.
Towing is assessed case by case.
Replacement: We swap the car when another is available. If none is available you can end the rental, or pause it with no further rental charge until one frees up.
When insurance does not cover you
The car becomes uninsured, and you become responsible for all costs, if any of the following happens:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Letting someone not named on the contract drive
- Racing, drifting or off-road driving
- Leaving an accident scene without a police report
- Repairing the car without our permission
- Using the car for illegal or unsafe activity
Breakdowns and damage
If the car breaks down through a technical fault, we replace it when another car is available. If the problem was caused by misuse — hitting kerbs, driving on rough ground, ignoring tyre pressure or careless parking — the repair and any towing are charged to you.
If we ask you to bring the car in for servicing, please do. Ignoring a service request can make the car uninsured.
Chapter 04
Office and legal matters
Collection, delivery and renewal
Collection and return are at our Ajman office. Paid local delivery can sometimes be arranged, subject to advance confirmation.
Renewals are signed in person at the office on a new contract. They cannot be done by phone or WhatsApp.
Other charges
A bounced cheque carries a AED 500 penalty. If a case has to be filed for non-payment or breach of contract, a AED 5,000 fixed case-filing charge applies in addition to actual court fees, lawyer fees and legal expenses.
We are not responsible for personal items left in the car before, during or after the rental. Please check the car carefully before you hand the keys back.
